We're helping to flatten the curve

02/04/2020 9:00:00 AM

We have continued to operate over the past two weeks while following the advice of health authorities to ensure that those stuck overseas or interstate could get home, and those of you who rely on us to move around could prepare for tighter restrictions ahead.  Likewise, we wanted to provide every opportunity for our drivers to continue to work while it was deemed safe to do so.

With those restrictions now in place, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all ingogo taxi services effective from Thursday 2nd April 2020 from 11:59 pm AEST.  Acting responsibly to protect the health of our friends, partners, family members and our customers and drivers during these unprecedented times is critical to flattening the curve.

We will assess the situation in 8 weeks, and act on further advice from state and federal governments.  Services will resume as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.  We will provide updates only when there is information relevant to services resuming.

We will continue to respond to support requests made by email to support@ingogo.com.au however you may not receive a response for up to seven business days.

Stay safe, and we'll see you on the road again soon.

The ingogo team.
