Select 'Assets' in the Fleet Hub Menu -> Return Authorisations (Pending Authorisations)
- Make sure that the images of the terminal uploaded match the drivers Serial Number allocated to him
- Make sure the images uploaded match each description - If they do, select the 'tick' underneath, if they don't, select the 'cross' underneath. (If the 'cross' is selected, provide a brief description of why it was rejected, the driver will be notified via email that he needs to upload the image/s again)
- NFA: WBC/ Verifone reference number (this is only applicable for terminal exchanges)
- Select the damage level (if any)
- Provide your assessment
Once the review has been assessed you will see the below page. The driver will receive an email providing him with return instructions (consignment number) to post back the terminal.
