How to complete an Onsite Exchange for a terminal

Locate the driver account -> select payment terminal -> click on the three dots and select 'exchange asset'

Mark the exchange as an 'Onsite exchange' and fill out the required information

Upload the requested terminal images for the faulty/ damaged terminal 

The terminal images can be sent from Swan or the driver as long as they are received 

Provide the information for the replacement Terminal -> Serial Number (the replacement serial number will be provided from Swan Taxi)

Submit the assessment.
