I left something in a taxi, what should I do?

Left something in a taxi? Use the live chat function on the bottom right hand corner of page and we will help you track down your lost goods. The sooner you contact us the better the chances are that we can recover your lost property. 

For us to track down your missing items as quickly as possible we will need the following information:

  • Date of the trip
  • What you lost and where you were sitting in the cab.
  • Where you were dropped off.
  • The total amount charged in Australian Dollars as it appears on the receipt or on your bank statement.
  • The type of credit card you paid for (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club etc)
  • The last 4 digits on your credit card
  • If you have a copy of the receipt the taxi license plate

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to get your lost property back but the sooner you contact us the higher your of recovery are!
