What if I lose my devices?

Should you lose your vx690 terminal please notify our customer service team immediately, so we can deactivate the devices and prevent any unauthorised usage (we would also recommend you getting a police report).

When devices are lost you will be required to pay a replacement fee.

Replacement costs include $400.00 (your $49.00 deposit will be deducted from this amount) for the vx690 terminal and $20 for the vx690 charger.

If you manage to locate your devices we will refund any replacement costs you have have paid to us.
