What if I stop using my ingogo devices?

You may attract a low-usage fee if you stop using your devices, therefore if you plan to take a break, or stop using your devices for any reason, we recommend you contact our support team to advise of the best option for you. This can be done either via email at support@ingogo.com.au, through our 'chat' option in your driver app or our live chat through our website. 

Low usage fee

If you process less than $900 (*1,000.00 if you're in Victoria) each month in card present transactions through the terminal, a $16 (ex GST) monthly rental fee will be debited from your credit card.  

ingogo does not profit from low usage fees, they cover the our costs and nothing more.  

Holidays / Leave

If you're taking a break and won't process $900* or more, you're free to either return the payment terminal to us to avoid the low usage fee - or you can alternatively save yourself a trip in and back and keep it with you in a secure location for when you return (please note you will be charged the low usage fee during this time).
