What information should I provide to ingogo?

We need to know:

  • your mobile number and email address
  • your licence number

You will need to supply the following documents:

You must advise ingogo within 14 days if:

  • your residential address changes
  • your license is renewed or any taxi specific license conditions are changed

You must advise ingogo immediately if your license has been revoked, cancelled or you have been found guilty of a disqualifying offence.


Before you start driving you will need to add:

  • Credit Card
    Why?  As result of new COVID-19 requirements from our bank, a current credit card is required to hold a payment terminal. To meet this requirement, a monthly fee of $1.10 will be charged to your credit card. This will appear on your statement as “fleetmobility”
  • Bank Account
    Why?  We will pay directly into your Australian bank account.  Payments can be made weekly (every Monday) OR next business day (excl. bank holidays)
