Why haven’t I been paid?

This article explains when you will receive settlement of your money into a personal bank account and the common reasons for a delay in receiving payment

Our payment cut-off is 3am AEST (GMT +10 or +11 during daylight savings time). You will receive your payment on the same day as it was settled.  Bank settlements do not occur on weekends or bank holidays

If you were expecting payment and haven’t received anything, it is most likely because there has been a delay with the bank.  Occasionally, some personal bank account payments may take slightly longer to settle.

Alternatively, you can use the 'chat' feature in your ingogo Driver App or the Chat feature via our website www.ingogo.com.au (this is located on the bottom right hand corner)
