Abandoning a job

Passengers rely on you to pick them up once you’ve accepted a job to get to their next appointment, meeting or flight.  If you’re unable to collect the passenger on time, you need to abandon the job as soon as possible to allow us to find another driver.

When it’s not the active job:

  1. Tap on the job from the list
  2. Tap ABANDON

When it’s the active job (during navigation):

  1. Tap ABANDON
