If you need to view or print out a receipt from a past trip, you can do so through the payments section of the app.
Select the day and the given transaction and you will be able to view or print the receipt if needed.
You can view/print receipts going back seven days.
If the receipt you are looking for is not displayed, contact customer support as we will have a record of every transaction processed. From here we can email the receipt to yourself or the passenger if you have their email address.
