For ingogo accounts, you will have two different types of email addresses, a general address and your payment methods address.
General email address
We use this email address to contact you for updates or support reasons.
To change the general account address, tap 'your details' from the menu and tap on the email address to update.
Payment email method's address
We use these email addresses to which to send receipts for your complete bookings.
Each of your payment methods can have a different email address. This is so you don't get person receipt sent to your work email address, and vice versa.
As you can have a different email address for each payment method, select the payment method that you wish to update, then tap on the email address to update.
