Switching from ingogo card to direct deposit

To switch from you ingogo card to a direct deposit you will need to send us your request in writing, including your BSB and account number. 

If the balance remaining in your card is more than $500 we require you to fill out a transfer form (attached to the article), sign it and sent it back to support@ingogo.mobi.

All money remaining in your card will be transferred to your nominated bank account.

Direct deposit to ingogo card

To switch to an ingogo card you will need to visit your local support office.

You will be charged $10 for collecting the new card and a monthly account maintenance fee of $5,  charged at the end of each month (excluding your first month).

Direct deposit to a different direct deposit

You can do this switch through the ingogo app through the account menu.

The change will take effect the next day.
