How do I get a receipt?

We just need some information so we can find your receipt!

For hailed trips

So we can forward you a copy of your taxi receipt, email support@ingogo.mobi or contact us with the following:
- trip date
- exact amount charged
- the last 4 digits of your card
 For trips booked through the app

We will automatically email your trip receipts so you will never lose a receipt again. If you would like a hard copy the driver can print you an ingogo receipt as you normally would do.

If you lose your receipt copy you can access it through the app menu, select Receipts > Trip > Email me this receipt link. Or you can contact our support team and we can email the receipt to the email address listed on the account.
