How do I select or change which payment method is charged?

ingogo offers the ability to pay through the app with our industry leading Fixed Fare platform. Using Fixed Fare means you will see exactly how much your ride will cost regardless of how you choose to pay.

You are able to pay for your fare using a stored credit card directly through the app, to book and pay with cash or a voucher at the end of the trip, or to charge a business account (for registered business accounts only.)

To change which payment method is charged, after selecting the pick-up, drop-off location, and the collection time, simply select the payment icon to change which payment method is charged.

A list of your available payment methods will be displayed. Select the payment method you would like to use, then select 'Book a cab'.

Please note if paying with a stored card, a pre-authorisation will be captured for the full amount, if paying with a stored card, a $10 pre-authorisation will still be taken to pass along to the driver if the trip is cancelled outside allowable times.
