I’ve accidentally overcharged a passenger, what do I do?

If you have accidentally overcharged or double charged a passenger, ingogo is able to refund the amount back to the passenger.

Please provide as much detail about the payment as possible, such as the date and time, amount, and/or the location where the payment took place.

Contact our customer service centre as soon as possible by:

  • Creating a support ticket via the menu in your app
