What happens when I miss a toll that the passenger has selected?

If the passenger selects a route that includes a toll road that you don’t take, we will not charge the passenger for the toll.

This means the total amount that you are paid will be reduced by the toll amount.

From time to time the GPS may not register that you have taken the toll. If you were not paid for a toll that was quoted and that you took, please contact customer support so we can look into if further.
