What's the difference between yellow and blue job offers?

If you’re seeing a yellow job offer (either a disc or a job tile in the list) it means you’re seeing the offer either exclusively, or are one of a small number of drivers seeing the offer.

Within 30 mins (Job disc)

A yellow disc means you’re the only driver seeing the job offer.  You’re in the best possible position to collect the passenger.  After 8 seconds the offer will be made to the next closest driver.

A blue disc means the offer has been waiting more than 2 minutes, so we’re now offering the job to multiple drivers at the same time.  The first driver to accept the job offer will be awarded the job.

More than 30 mins (Job tile)

If you’re seeing a yellow job offer, you may not be the only driver receiving the offer, but you’re one of a select few.

  • The passenger has added you to their list of favourite drivers!  You’ll see a “thumbs up” icon next to the job when this is the case.
  • Your rating has earnt you early access to the job.
  • Your points have earned you early access to the job.

A blue job offer means that all drivers that are able to arrive on time are seeing the offer at the same time.  The first driver to accept the job offer will be awarded the job.
